I was lucky enough to be invited to participate in Industry Curious to speak about diversity, equity, and inclusion. My co-panelist, Charmaine Rice, and I explored how to challenge our own preconceived notions, how to become earnest question-askers, and how to create environments of belonging and inclusion.

It was a real honor to participate in such a prestigious event, with former speakers like Walter Robb, the co-CEO of Whole Foods, and Sumit Singh, the CEO of Chewy. We had over 1,000 people attend the virtual session, and thousands view the recorded version later.
It is always humbling to be a part of conversations that involve the well-being of all people. From driving toward equitable outcomes regarding pay and succession planning, to tackling toxic organizational culture and curating a space where all can succeed, I feel lucky to get to play a part in the D&I journey.
